My recent stay at Premier Inn was overall satisfactory. the location was convenient for my needs and the room met my expectations in terms of cleanliness and size. I was disappointed to find that the free toiletries were not of the best quality. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, particularly the lady at the front desk who assisted me with directions. the quiet floor option was a nice touch, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the hotel's ample parking was also a plus. I did have a negative experience when addressing an issue with the staff upon check-out. Premier Inn provided a decent value for the cost, with a few minor drawbacks in terms of luxury and amenities.
